Did you see yesterday's post?? 

It was a great recipe to use your crock pot and end up with some yummy pulled pork! 

But what happens when you are tired of BBQ sandwiches? 

What else can you make with pulled pork?

That was what the Farmboy and I shared on Monday at the South Carolina State Fair.  

One of the most popular recipes was BBQ Pizza.

Ingredients 

Pizza dough (you can used store bought or homemade)

BBQ Sauce

Pulled Pork

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425 F.

Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.

Press your dough into the pan.

Spread BBQ sauce over the dough, top with pulled pork.  Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pulled pork.

Bake 14-16 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.  Allow the pizza to cool before serving (~5 minutes)..
