Teach Me Tuesday, Blogging Anniversary & a giveaway

So 3 years ago today I began this little blog...see my first post here. The idea was to share the happenings on our family farm so others could learn how farmers grow their food and so our family could keep up with our crazy life. The little man was only a year old and not quite into everything. We were still bracing his feet to correct his unilateral club foot and had more irons in the fire than I could count. Fast forward 3 years... I don't have thousands of fans or even hundreds but I have had a few popular post that have been shared on some very influential sites. I am still a toddler in the blogging world and should really devote more time to growing my blog.

Today I wanted to share with all of you a book I found for little man. It's called "Where's My Cowboy Hat" by Katy Williams. It's a cute little book that follows one young man around his family ranch to find his hat. My little one loves this book and we have read it countless times. He also has done his first book oral report on this book. I asked questions about the story and he gave me some commentary. See below...

"It's a good book because he loses his cowboy hat. Losing stuff is ok isn't it? Plus he finally found it. I lost my hat before remember. "

"It's a 5 cause I like the number 5 when I'm 5 I'll go to big school"

So there you have it his first book report and review! I honestly think this book scores more like a 8.5 but little man like the number 5.
